Therefore, we reserve the right to make necessary changes and modifications to our Events schedules and itineraries, including their dates, times, locations, hotels-resorts, tour activities, internet/webinar platform, etc. For mutual coordination, we establish as a rule and condition for registration and participation for all Participants, the Final Confirmation by email which is issued by the Organizers the latest by the Registration Closure date, for the registered Participants to know if the Event takes place and if there are any changes to its schedules, itineraries, and any of its relative details.

There is an important implication of this rule on your preparations for Retreats. All registered Participants should withhold from early purchasing flights / air tickets, until the Organizers issue the Final Confirmation (or rescheduling proposal or cancellation) by email, the latest by the date of the Registration Closure, to prevent unnecessary inconvenience or financial loss that might arise from the Event rescheduling requirements. The Pleiadian Alchemy will not accept responsibility for the cost of flights / air tickets purchased by the registered Participants before the Pleiadian Alchemy issues the official Final Confirmation in writing by email regarding the Event, as clearly stated in the Registration Forms and the Terms & Conditions page.

If no Registration Form is sent, though the registration fees paid, the access to the registered event will be denied and the paid fees will be non-refundable. Please take the proper registration process seriously, checking the rules of participation, accepting the Terms & Conditions, and sending your Registration Form.

The Pleiadian Alchemy’s Guide & Healer’s schedule is tight and must be respected. Make sure you are truly available during the date and time you book for your Session. The Private Sessions that require our Guide & Healer’s prior preparation for your session by creating the Energy Coding or Astrological Charts, as well as the post-session services of the Energy Coding and DNA Programming, do not offer the option for the refund once the healing is coded or the materials are elaborated.

(10-2) WORKSHOPS, ONLINE COURSES & RETREATS:

(A) If a Workshop, Online Course and Retreat organized by the Pleiadian Alchemy is cancelled by the Pleiadian Alchemy:

  • for insufficient registrations numbers, or the Teacher’s illness or accident, the Workshop fees will be refunded in full either when the emergency arises or right after the Registration Closure deadline, unless the Student wishes to (a) exchange the Retreat for an Online Course on the same subject instead, if such is scheduled, or (b) transfer His / Her registration to another Workshop, Online Course or Retreat (while fulfilling the Registration Prerequisites), or (c) exchange the fee of the cancelled workshop for the equivalent fee of available Private Session(s).
  • due to natural disasters, political issues in the country location of the Workshop, or any actions of the third parties involved in logistics and organization (hotel-resort, transportation and tour companies, etc.) resulting in the failure to provide the agreed services, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Workshop will be rescheduled so that we can continue our activities in spite of challenges. We strongly recommend purchasing your flight tickets with a fare allowing date changes and a travel insurance covering changes and cancellation to avoid any financial losses that, in such event, might arise, as the Pleiadian Alchemy Inc. will not accept responsibility for covering the expenses of the ticket changes or any other losses arising from the need of the Event rescheduling.

(B) If the participation in a Workshop, Online Course and Retreat organized by the Pleiadian Alchemy is cancelled by the Student, the cancellations communicated in writing by email (to contact@PleiadianAlchemy.com with a copy to PleiadianAlchemy@gmail.com) more than 90 days before the scheduled event are granted a full refund, those communicated more than 60 days prior – with a 50% refund, and those with more than 45 days prior – with a 25% refund. The cancellations with 45 days or less notice will not allow for any percentage of refund (due to the organization terms of agreements with the hotel-resort and transportation companies including the prior payment 60 days before the commencement of the Events), unless otherwise stated in the Registration Form. This refers to the full Registration Fee including both the Workshop fees and the stay expenses, such as hotel-resort accommodation, meals, airport transport, group tours activities and transportation during the retreats, implying all the payments made to the service companies to guarantee their availability and service on the agreed dates. However, in case a Student cannot attend due to a last minute emergency, the Pleiadian Alchemy will do their best (though cannot guarantee) to help you (a) by transferring your registration to another Retreat of the same duration on later dates (subject to availability and terms of admission including the Registration Prerequisites), or (b) by allowing you to exchange it for an Online Course on the subject instead, if such is scheduled. However, in these cases, the only transferable fee will be the one corresponding to the Workshop classes, while all the fees not corresponding to the Workshop, meaning the transportation and the hotel-resort expenses, such as accommodation, meals, airport transport, group tours activities and transportation, will be non-refundable due to the terms of service of the third parties involved in the organization of the Events.

(11) RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY:

The Pleiadian Alchemy will not be held responsible for any delays, losses, failure to provide service, accidents or damage caused to the persons, their belongings or property, irresponsibility, negligence or mistakes made or caused by (a) the registered Participants, or (b) any third-party service providers directly or indirectly involved in the organization of our Events, or (c) any other unforeseen circumstances. We will not accept any liability or expenses that might arise from the above-mentioned inconveniences and circumstances.

(12) THE RIGHT TO DECLINE & REFUSE:

The Pleiadian Alchemy reserves the right to decline and refuse both the sale of our Products to anyone and the admittance into any of our Events, Private Sessions, Workshops, Online Courses and Retreats, as well as to block out any Subscriber and User from being able to access our website, and to do so without needing to state and communicate the reasons. If a Purchase, Booking or Registration fees are already paid by a person who for any reason cannot be admitted into an Event, Service or receive a Product, either with or without a written communication from the Pleiadian Alchemy, the Purchase, Booking or Registration fees paid will be refunded.
